You signed your first Presenter - NOW WHAT?

CONGRATS!

You have a new presenter on your team!

NOW WHAT?

Of course we want to be sure our team gets off to the very best start possible. YOU don’t make money if THEY don’t make money so it is in your best interest to support them.

Please use this document as a guideline and a tool to help manage your BOOMING TEAM!  Feel free to alter/add to this document as you see fit for your own business.

STEP #1

I propose sending a welcome email to your new presenter, even if you know her personally. This will give her something to save and reference once all the info starts flying around. You might say something like (feel free to copy/paste but be sure to update the language so it has your voice):

“Welcome to YOUNIQUE and thank you for choosing me as your upline! I’ve been having so much fun with my YOUNIQUE biz and I’m excited to share it with you. If you aren’t familiar with direct sales, or if you’re not very tech savvy, it can be a bit overwhelming, so take your time getting your feet wet, and going through the groups and documents as time allows. I’m always here for you!

I will be tagging you and emailing you a few helpful documents for you to review. You’ll want to make sure you keep these handy for when you build your own team which I am SURE is soon to come!

Your Younique "heritage" is your upline- going up a couple of levels. You have: ME then above me is XXXXX and above her is XXXXX. Everyone is here to support you.  I will be adding you to my group page on FB along with my sponsors page and possibly HER sponsor page as well.  These are places where you will find support and answer to your questions.  Be sure to check the FILES and PHOTOS tab for helpful documents in addition to the ones I will be sending you shortly.  If you ever have any questions, I will be your first point of contact.  Please be sure to follow the proper chain of communication if you have any issues or questions.

In addition to the groups I am inviting you to, there are more, but the others are optional. These two or three are the pages of our immediate upline and the ones I find most helpful. Feel free to use any photos, files or tools you see posted on these group pages. If you find something on FB outside of these two groups, it’s always best to ask permission before you use the info.

You will probably want to create a folder of images and things to use in your virtual parties. This will be super helpful in the future by allowing you to copy/paste, making your virtual parties a BREEZE! You will find a lot of helpful tools and pictures in the group pages.

You probably want to "friend" Facebook Corporate. They're on my page if you have trouble finding them. You can always email Support with questions or requests for assistance - support@youniqueproducts.com. They generally respond right away during business hours (Utah based).

I suspect I've given you plenty to read :). If you have any questions, I try to make myself available during the hours of XXXXXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXXX so, don't hesitate to let me know anytime you have questions.

I will be in touch soon to set up a time that we can chat to discuss your plan and goals for your business.  I want to give you some time to digest everything first!

Beyond your initial email to your new presenter, be sure to do the following, to ensure your presenter has all the tools and help she needs to get started:

*Complete a Presenter Profile Interview document so that you can get to know your new Presenter and what her goals for his/her business are.  This will help you focus your attention on what matters to that specific person.

*Add your new presenter to (at least) two TEAM FB Groups above you

Let her know there are others (like the POP etc) but they are optional

Suggest she “LIKE” the Younique Corporate page on FB

It is not necessary to add your presenters to the POP and every single other group on FB.  It can be overwhelming and there is a lot of misinformation floating around there.  If we want to be most helpful to our Presenters, we want to ensure they have access to the most accurate details.  “Garbage in….garbage out”, keep your Presenters close to you and your upline so you KNOW they are supported.

*Make sure she knows her Younique website default is www.youniqueproducts.com/firstnamelastname

*Make sure she gets familiar with her YOUNIQUE website link for the following:

(Be sure to have her update her personal profile and photo)

 Back office supplies

Walk her through her website, how to send an email to support etc

*Make sure she is aware of the “FILES” and “PHOTO” tabs on the FB Groups.

Forward your new Presenter important documents!  Don’t assume she knows what is important and what she needs to know.  SHE IS NEW!  You want to ensure she has the tools she needs to support her new team as they come online.  I would email the following as a MINIMUM-

 FAST START

 Compensation Plan

Convention Info

Younique YOUTUBE training video page

Virtual Party Hostess Doc.

VP Party Tips

Quality Guarantee

FAQ sheet

CONGRATS! You have a new Presenter document

(Get these documents from your Sponsor, if you don’t already have them)

*Let them know of any current specials Younique is running

*Copy them on any team incentives that may be running

*Suggest they start a FB Business page and/or personal Younique Blog for friends and customers. (This can be linked with Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest).

MAKE A POINT TO PERSONALLY FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR NEW PRESENTER IN A WEEK OR SO AFTER SHE JOINS AND CHECK IN WITH HER OFTEN.

*Make sure she have a copy of THIS DOCUMENT so she knows what to do to support her new people as they come online :)
